Our simple hourly price model means you can use your hours for whichever services you need and we’ll make it happen. We require a minimum of 4 hours a month and all of our services are performed at $100 per hour.

For any properties inside of Austin City Limits * , we require a minimum of 4 hours a month and all of our services are performed at $100 per hour.
For any properties outside of Austin City Limits, we require a minimum of 8 hours a month, all performed in 2 hour increments, and all of our services are performed at $100 per hour.
*Austin City Limits is defined as: between Parmer Lane on the north side, 183 on the east side, 290 on the south side, and 360 on the the west side.
